Develop regular and adhoc business dashboards, reports, MIS that will help the business, operations and compliance managers monitor their key performance indicators against goals. Visualize, analyze and provide data-driven insights to enable stakeholders to make vital decisions.
Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports to address control, compliance, or regulatory related requirements
Regularly generate the list of exceptions to the bank's internal and external policies and regulations using digital monitoring tools
During internal and external audits, deliver data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes
Find opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as rationalize existing reports to ensure there is value in all reports generated
Ensure high quality of work and proactively resolve data issues if any
Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in data extraction, reporting, business intelligence, data analysis
Bachelors degree in a quantitative and technical discipline like Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Economics
Proficient in coding languages such as SQL, Python, R
Knowledgeable in business intelligence software like Tableau and Power BI
High integrity
Strong analytical and communication skills
Able to handle complex tasks with minimal supervision
