Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

iSupport Worldwide is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help design and deliver nextgeneration KPI frameworks and executive dashboards. This role is highly handson and owns the full reporting lifecyclefrom metric definition and data modeling to dashboard build, validation, documentation, and adoption. You will work closely with business leaders and the BI team to deliver reliable, decisionready insights across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Own KPI definitions, metric governance, and enterprise dashboards used by leadership

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modeling and DAX

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting across the organization

Use SQL to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data quality issues

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights

Support executive decisionmaking through clear, wellstructured reporting

Qualifications:

5+ years total BI or analytics experience, excluding internships

3+ years of strong Power BI development experience, including data modeling and DAX

Proven experience owning KPIs and enterpriselevel dashboards

Strong SQL skills for data validation and rootcause analysis

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
