Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Metro Manila. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies for market expansion. Key tasks include market analysis, providing tailored telecom and ICT solutions, and negotiating deals to achieve business objectives. This role involves fostering relationships with key partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving strategic goals to position HGC as a preferred telecom services provider.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management.
• Strong capabilities in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Growth strategies.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Telecom, Capacity, and Digital Infrastructure services.
• Ability to manage complex projects and execute multiple priorities efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in telecom, ICT, or digital services industries is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila and travel as required for business needs.
