Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Executive to grow our Employer of Record (EOR) and Talent Outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, building strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals across Singapore and international markets.
This role requires strong consultative sales skills, a solid understanding of HR outsourcing models, and the ability to work with CXOs, HR leaders, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for EOR services and talent outsourcing solutions
- As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be driving growth for EOR and HR services by generating qualified leads, building strong client's relationships, and closing deals efficiently. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and client engagement to contract closure and handover, ensuring a seamless transition throughout.
- By leveraging targeted lead-generation tools and a consultative approach, to identify client workforce challenges, communicate tailored EOR and HR solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery calls, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Develop tailored workforce solutions based on client business needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Performed other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, CFOs, Founders, and Decision Makers
- Act as a trusted advisor on overseas hiring, compliance, and workforce scaling
- Ensure smooth client handover to operations and maintain long-term client satisfaction
Market & Strategy
- Stay updated on EOR regulations, outsourcing trends, and regional labour markets
- Identify new industries, markets, and partnership opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives such as LinkedIn outreach, events, and webinars and other tools
