Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. As the Business Development Associate, you will be tasked to develop channels to find those who are in need of office fit-out and renovation services. Apart from the business development work, the Business Development Associate should also account and manage the client and the project during the entire build period. This allows the Business Development Associate to maintain his or her relationship with the client and project owners involved.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Finds new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and referral partners (brokers, designers, project managers)
  • Maintains relationships with existing clients to create possibilities for repeat business
  • Coordinates client requirements during bidding to the Design and Quantity Surveying Teams to come up with the correct design and proper costing, respectively
  • Works together with the Partners, Design and Quantity Surveying Teams to close accounts
  • Manages the communication with the client (and all other project owners) for the entire duration of the build
  • Communicates concerns of Corebilt Projects Team to the clients and works toward a resolution
  • Performs other business-related duties or tasks assigned by the Management from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course; Fresh graduates are accepted
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in sales or account handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Teams
  • Competencies should include good discipline and work ethics, proactive, and good client and account management skills
