Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course
- At least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis
- 8 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications
- Expert knowledge of Tableau platform and data visualization, reports creation and graphical toolkits for visualization is preferred.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
- Proven experience in ADF (Azure Data Factory) is an advantage
- Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
- Proven experience in business analysis on Data Reconciliations, ETL, Data Analytics and Tableau application
- Experience in using ServiceNow as an application and has high level but relevant knowledge on how ServiceNow is utilized by different business and technical domains
- Experience in being involved in governance boards and committees and running workshops with similar audience
Technical Knowledge
- Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
- Demonstrated product or platform governance knowledge and best practices
- Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, DevOps. CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and testing/quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technology Stack products such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot, and other emerging technologies like ServiceNow and GenAI
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and employee center products
