Scope of Work/Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and IT teams.
- Project planning: Responsible for project delivery and providing updates on status, progress, and issues.
- Solution alignment: Ensure solutions align with business goals, meet quality standards, and comply with IT security.
- Stakeholder communication: Develop an in-depth understanding of business needs and effectively communicate them with product owners and stakeholders.
- Implementation & monitoring: Oversee solution implementation, assist in QA, deployment, and support phases, and monitor product performance to identify improvement areas.
- Incident management: Provide status updates and solutions for escalated production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and propose preventive measures.
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in finance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 (CRM), SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data analysis would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT frameworks.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the company private sector operations, CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit.
