Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst will support the Transformation Managers for change analysis and change management of processes or technology, together with HR for people development & cultural changes.

Key Responsibilities

• :Identify problems through conducting research, root cause analysis, and assessments to identify business pain points, areas of inefficiency, and potential areas for improvement
• .Analyze data to understand patterns, trends, and root causes of business problems
• .Utilize BPMN, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis to communicate insights effectively on business value realization
• .Develop innovative, data-driven solutions to address business problems
• .Understand the metrics available and create measurable KPIs to track the success of solutions and ensure they meet desired outcomes
• .Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and communicate project updates
• .Project Execution: Work with the transformation manager to lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and the achievement of business goal

• nsYears of Experience per skill (Process Improvement, Change Management, Business Analysis): 3-5++ yea
• rsPreferably LSS Greenbelt certified / CPA, familiar with digital transformation for Business-to-Business and Business-to-Custome
