ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality standards
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable solutions
- Define project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets and timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users, technical teams, and external partners
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules to meet client needs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Provide training, support, and guidance to end users and project team member
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in business analysis and project management, with 7-10 years of relevant experience leading IT transformation or ServiceNow projects
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques; certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum, Agile) will be a plus
- Experience with budget management and resource forecasting
- English fluent
- You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
