Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role is ideal for someone who excels at bridging business and technology teams, driving requirements, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful solution delivery.

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, including experience leading complex technology initiatives

• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management

• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and end-to-end system implementations

• Background in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, or Enterprise Platforms preferred

• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps

What you'll do:

• Lead business requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows

• Collaborate with product owners, vendors, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Support testing, defect management, UAT, and go-live activities

• Drive process improvements and ensure business objectives are aligned with technology solutions
