Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Migration SME to lead and support the end-to-end migration from Fiserv Frontier Reconciliation to SmartStream TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management). This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in reconciliation platforms, strong data migration experience, and the ability to drive transformation initiatives within banking or financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration strategy from Frontier Reconciliation to SmartStream TLM, including planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization
- Perform detailed analysis of existing Frontier reconciliation processes, rules, and data structures
- Design and implement reconciliation workflows, matching rules, and exception handling in SmartStream TLM
- Oversee data mapping, transformation, and migration between legacy and target systems
- Collaborate with business users, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment of requirements
- Validate reconciliation accuracy through parallel runs, UAT, and reconciliation sign-offs
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and provide mitigation strategies
- Support integration with upstream/downstream systems (Core Banking, GL, Payments, Treasury systems)
- Drive automation and optimization of reconciliation processes within TLM
- Provide SME support during go-live and post-production stabilization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 712 years of experience in reconciliation systems within banking/financial services
- Proven hands-on experience with Fiserv Frontier Reconciliation
- Strong expertise in SmartStream TLM (TLM Reconciliations / TLM Premium)
- Demonstrated experience in system migration / transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, ETL processes, and reconciliation logic
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and data analysis tools
- Experience working with high-volume transaction data and batch processing
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
