Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Philippines - Any CS Branch (Makati, Ortigas, Pampanga, Tarlac, Cebu, Davao)

Job description:
Customer Onboarding & Management
- Own the finance-related onboarding of customers end to end, including file review, issue identification, remediation, and customer communication.
- Partner with the Onboarding Project Manager and participate in onboarding meeting series to ensure alignment and progress.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout onboarding to track deliverables and manage expectations.
- Escalate risks, blockers, or customer delays early to the Onboarding Project Manager for resolution.
- Ensure the Visory platform is kept up to date and accurately reflects onboarding progress and status.
Software Setup & Configuration
- Create and configure Xero files, including building and optimising the chart of accounts.
- Set up Dext for new customers and provide clear setup instructions to enable smooth adoption.
Technical Review & File Accuracy
- Review and correct existing Xero (or other accounting software) files to ensure they reflect the true financial position of the business.
- Perform balance sheet rectifications, including resolving unclaimed deposits, misallocated accrued income or expenses, and incorrectly coded prepayments.
- Optimise chart of accounts and restructure profit and loss reporting to ensure accurate monthly cut-offs and proper alignment of income and expenses.
- Review the work of others where required, confirming all key reconciliations are complete and supported by appropriate documentation.
Process Documentation & Handover
- Document onboarding configurations, decisions, and workflows to Visory standards and ensure they are accurately mapped within the Visory platform.
- Contribute to the creation of onboarding handover packs to enable seamless transition to operating teams.
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes as part of Visory's broader knowledge and process capture initiatives.
Qualification and requirements:
- 5+ years experience in bookkeeping, with advanced knowledge of Xero (MYOB experience also highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, including accrued income and expenses, prepayments, and customer deposits.
- Proven experience reviewing historical accounting data and performing technical corrections.
- Confidence working independently on complex files while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with professional services, multi-entity, or more complex client structures is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical accounting matters clearly to customers
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- 4+ yrs AU bookkeeping
- Advanced experience in Xero
- Advisor Pro Advisor Cert - nice to have
