Job Summary
Provides technical leadership in BIM implementation, coordination, and support across projects.
Purpose
To ensure high-quality BIM outputs and adherence to technical standards and workflows.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and refine highly detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
- Create complex parametric families, templates, and libraries to improve project efficiency and standardization.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project-specific requirements, design intent, and client standards.
- Diagnose and resolve modeling, data, and performance issues within BIM software and models.
- Apply and uphold BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), company standards, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and model structure throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure consistency and alignment with design and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with BIM Supervisor, BIM Coordinator, and other Senior BIM Specialist to verify accuracy of outputs before submission.
- Develop and implement automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Support BIM Modelers by sharing best practices and providing technical training.
Qualifications
- Architecture or Engineering graduate with professional licensed.
- With 4 years of work experience in BIM.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools.
- Deep technical understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and model structures.
- Proficient in developing complex parametric families, templates, and Revit content libraries.
- Experienced in troubleshooting technical modeling issues.
- Capable of executing high-level model coordination tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality.
- Collaborative team player.
