Leads complex modeling tasks and ensures high-quality outputs across multiple disciplines.
Purpose
To manage advanced modeling tasks and support BIM coordination and documentation.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead the development of highly detailed and complex BIM models, ensuring precision and adherence to project standards.
- Oversee and review the work of BIM Modeler 1 and BIM Modeler 2 to maintain model accuracy and consistency.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, and parametric components to streamline modeling efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth model audits, clash checks, and quality assurance reviews.
- Coordinate closely with BIM Supervisor, Senior BIM Specialist, and BIM Coordinator to ensure models align with project coordination and documentation requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, libraries, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or related technical course with or without licensed.
- At least 3 years of hands-on BIM experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related applications.
- Strong ability to interpret construction plans and produce precise supporting documentation.
