Senior Backend Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs.

• Optimize back-end logic for performance, security, and scalability.

• Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to secure applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy and manage applications.

• Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development.

• Strong proficiency in Python, .NET (C#), and API development.

• Experience working with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for deploying and managing applications.

• Expertise in Cosmos DB and SQL, including database optimization and query tuning.

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
