Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to take ownership of our company's tech stack and lead the development and implementation of automation solutions. This is a senior-level position requiring deep expertise in automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n), cloud platforms (AWS), and database management (Airtable). The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced tech ninja, capable of optimizing and scaling our automation processes while ensuring seamless integration and operation across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and AWS.

- Take full ownership of the company's tech stack, identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.

- Architect and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance team productivity.

- Integrate and optimize various tools such as Airtable, CRM systems, and other business applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automation workflows.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other team members in automation best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth running of automated processes.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in automation technologies and apply them to improve the company's systems.

Mandatory Skills:

- Extensive experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and AWS.

- Advanced knowledge of Airtable, with the ability to build sophisticated workflows and integrations.

- Strong experience with automation architecture and system integration.

- Expertise in coding and scripting to customize automation tools (JavaScript, Python, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Proven track record of taking ownership of tech stacks and driving automation initiatives.
