• Location: Clark, Pampanga
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
• Employment: Full-Time
• Salary: PHP 70,000 - 120,000

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping functions for a portfolio of Australian pharmacy clients.
• Review and oversee reconciliations across bank accounts, petty cash, credit cards, loans, balance sheets, inventory, leave entitlements, hire purchase schedules, and inter-store transactions while investigating variances and discrepancies.
• Prepare and review BAS, Payroll Tax Returns, GST reconciliations, and other compliance lodgements to ensure adherence to Australian taxation requirements.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and business performance insights for clients.
• Review debtor, creditor, sales, POS, cash, EFTPOS, dispensary income, and PBS income accounts while ensuring the accuracy of general ledger accounts and trial balances.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, work reviews, staff development, workflow planning, process improvement initiatives, and trusted client relationship management.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, including Australian accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior, supervisory, or review capacity.
• Strong experience with Australian SME accounting, financial statement preparation, BAS, Payroll Tax Returns, management reporting, and Australian taxation compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing Australian client portfolios, mentoring junior accountants, and supporting workflow management or team leadership responsibilities.
• Previous experience working with pharmacy or healthcare industry clients is preferred; experience in process improvement and automation initiatives is advantageous.
• Extensive experience with Xero and/or MYOB, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, and strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and client service skills.
