Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Conducting Regular Audit based on Calendar.

2. Ensure submission of policies and procedure.

3. Review of all ISO Related Documentation.

4. Ensure employees compliance to policies and procedure.

5. Ensure teams compliance to ISO.

6. Ensure execution of training calendar.

7. Ensure all issued Corrective Action Request accomplished on time.

8. Submit necessary reports to his/her superior as required.

9. Comply with the company's Code of Discipline, standard operating procedures and policies.

10. Practice CVM Core Values for all transactions and activities at all times.

11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

12. Performs such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her superior from

time to time.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Regular Audit

Review all reports submitted by the QA Officers before issuance..

2. Create Policy and Procedure

Create new policies as needed that is related to QAT and ISO Compliance.

Ensure that all policies, procedures and programs are aligned with ISO Compliance.

3. ISO Compliance

Review of ISO related Documentation

Ensure employees compliance to teams policies and procedure

Ensure teams compliance to ISO

4. Learning and Development

Execution of training calendar.

5. Non-Conformance Management

Ensure all issued Corrective action request are accomplished properly and on time.

Achieve a downward trend in the issued Corrective action request by the end of the

year.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Bachelors degree in Accounting
