About The Role

The Senior Associate, Treasury Operations job function is primarily responsible for the processing of PDAX Treasury trade transactions and settlement for the following products: API (MOTC, CaaS via IMM), OTC (Treasury OTC via Prime), and Foreign Exchange (FX) trade transactions are done with both customers and trading counterparties.

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for various business functions, including trade data collection, reconciliation, and processing (trade settlement) of daily IMM (API), Over-the-counter (OTC), and Foreign exchange.
• (FX) trade transactions.
• Manage and update Treasury trading and settlement blotters.
• Facilitate the entry of wire and local fund transfer payments into banking systems.
• Perform maker and initiator functions on the internal and external ledgers and transfer systems based on trade instructions.
• Assist Treasury Operations in streamlining and enhancing PDAX trade settlement processes.
• Ensure compliance with PDAX Prime customer SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with established treasury processes and procedures to mitigate financial risk.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Abilities And Skills

• Broad understanding of cryptocurrency markets and banking services and products, particularly trade settlement and treasury operations.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Proficiency in Excel and data processing.
• Ability to manage and complete tasks under tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated, organized, disciplined, and self-directed individual eager to learn.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience

• At least one-two (1-2) years of work experience in a bank or other financial service institution.
• Familiarity with FX spot transactions and payment systems is a plus.
