Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing professional to join our team as a Country Marketer in the Philippines. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing that oversees our High Growth markets in Asia Pacific and play a vital part in developing and executing local marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with global marketing teams and leverage our global marketing resources to drive demand generation and client engagement in the local market.
The individual will play a pivotal role in developing local marketing campaigns to tell one consistent narrative to our key audiences. They'll bring client driven stories, messaging and campaigns to Philippines and help leverage the global business line campaigns by localizing them for clients. By fusing client and audience driven marketing programmes with local proof points, products, and processes the role will supercharge our demand generation and client engagement.
The successful candidate will need to debate and influence our senior business leaders to ensure there is agreement and clear commercial priorities that will drive revenue and margin growth. The candidate has to be adept at building a robust commercial understanding and prioritization process while challenging business leaders to re-think their go-to-market approach. A strong understanding of the business lines, product offerings and current trends is critical to make decisions about where marketing can best move the needle for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic marketing plan that integrates local business and client marketing requirements with global business line objectives.
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure alignment with agreed levels and objectives set by business stakeholders and global marketing leadership.
- Act as the brand ambassador in the market by utilizing global brand tools and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Customize global brand campaigns to fit the local marketing plan and effectively communicate them to the local management board and business teams.
- Collaborate with the Communications team and PR agency to manage media relations and internal comms to generate PR coverage and consistent messaging across all marketing initiatives and business
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work with designated digital marketing team members/resources by global COE to align digital marketing strategies with business needs and target audiences in the local market
- Adapt social media networks to suit local market needs and foster a digital culture.
- Assess opportunities for participation in local real estate conferences, business chambers events and exhibitions to generate demand for the business.
- Organize client events, seminars, and workshops to drive client engagement and generate business opportunities.
- Partner with JLL's sales teams to develop and execute high-performing marketing programs that differentiate the business and support its growth.
Personal Attributes
To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will need;
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or another relevant field
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm; real estate industry experience a strong plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to align marketing plans and priorities across different business lines and needs.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to prioritize marketing spend based on strategic objectives, audience dynamics, and return on investment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
