Role Overview
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing communications campaigns, with a focus on social media and digital platforms. Manage client accounts, drive digital and social media strategy, and ensure campaigns deliver both creative excellence and business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital-first and integrated marketing strategies
- Lead social media/digital strategy, content planning, campaign calendars, and platform executions
- Manage client coordination, timelines, and internal team workflows
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Guide team members and review creative outputs
- Support pitches, proposals, and new business initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated marketing communications (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, trends, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creatives and account teams
