Senior Associate, End to End Flow Controller

Job Description

Join us as a Senior Associate, End to End Flow Controller, and take charge of optimizing supply chain operations from start to finish. You'll monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with teams to ensure materials and information flow seamlessly across the entire supply chain.

What will you do

  • Responsible for material replenishment (finished goods)
  • Use MRP (the right balance of Resource vs. demand) to ensure stock availability on time at right place
  • Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Planning Leaders and Supply and Inventory Planners

Main activities

  • Ensure MRP (Demand vs. resource balancing) is executed in ERP and used as an input to drive replenishment
  • PR to PO conversion through ERP batch job (Ensure IG flow of PR to PO is completely automated) at Vendor - Material Level and aligned to forecast
  • Action on MRP Exceptions and work with suppliers to advise/expedite the deliveries
  • Record the Purchase Orders Acknowledgement, and Advance Shipping Notification in ERP and manage invoice discrepancy if any
  • Ensure the stock is available by analyzing and taking the right actions to keep the Upstream Back Order Lines, Downstream Back Order Lines, Pre Shortage, Shortage, Stock Coverage and Stock Health under control
  • Define default transportation mode by using the Air/Sea Tool and go through the workflow in case of transportation mode change
  • Be the primary contact of the suppliers and work closely with: o Supply & Inventory Planner in case of any MRP Parameter Optimization o Warehouse to support Stock Discrepancy analysis and corrections if any o Transportation / Logistics team to track the shipments

What qualifications will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Engineering or similar.
  • Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to conclusions based on the findings
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources needed to facilitate continual professional development necessary to be successful in this position
  • Partner, influence, collaborate & communicate across the enterprise and with the relationships built outside
  • Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes.
  • Work within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practice and opportunities are delivered
  • Strong verbal / presentation and written communication skills in a complex organization. Internal
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Oracle or SAP
  • Work Location: Rosario, Cavite
