Your Role

As a Senior Associate, CLCM, you will:

  • Oversee the completion of contract reviews to accurately identify fee caps and maximize revenue opportunities under management guidance.
  • Maintain high-standard quality control for entity services and document filing across multiple global jurisdictions.
  • Streamline business processes by collaborating with junior associates to find efficiencies in workflow and stakeholder communications.
  • Execute accurate and timely DocuSign envelope creation and Docufiling, ensuring all internal filing procedures are strictly followed.
  • Mitigate business risk by acting in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal MFS policies while reporting issues to global leadership.

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer/Technology.
  • Proven experience in CLCM, Fund Accounting, or specialized offshore managed services.
  • Strong English communication skills for effective stakeholder planning and reporting.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics when handling sensitive firm information.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, capable of adapting quickly to process changes.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail with a right first time approach to complex review tasks.
  • Experience in Entity Services (Delaware or Global) and digital signature platforms (DocuSign).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while guiding junior team members.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
