Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading European Bank. Our respected client is looking for a Trade Processing.
This role is based in BGC, Taguig City. The position requires full onsite attendance for the first three months to facilitate onboarding. Afterwards, it will transition to a hybrid setup.
Key Job Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Ensure/Contribute for smooth day-to-day operations are managed with 100% accuracy (Acquire in-depth knowledge in Trade booking, Matching, Settlements and reconciliation) manage priorities during workloads and to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner within agreed SLA's.
- Ensure all procedures are up to date and organized for easy reference from other site.
- Ensure to have hands on practice of BAU Maker
- Proactively retain knowledge level in the teams to enable takeover
- Flexibility to support/handle process of other HUBS when ERS is invoked.
- Ensure Checklist and documentation is completed /readily available during ERS takeover to mitigate risk in takeover.
- Support & Implement the New Projects / Migrations as planned by Management for the respective teams.
- Should done some process improvements in reducing cost/process efficiency.
- Support and develop the key projects and improve the scalability by delivering the industrialization initiatives as per the roadmap and take the opportunity to challenge the processes with an outside the box thinking mind-set / disruptive approach.
- Create more SME from the teams and ensure they act as your backups to support projects
- Prepare process flow and other documentations required by project team.
- Ensure operational processes are updated for each project when there is operational impact
- Ensure team members are trained on the new activities based on projects
- Creates relevant solutions to add sustainable value to our clients
- Support Hybrid Model /Robotics.
- Work with the technical team to provide SME support / Documentation where required
- Support monthly capacity planning data
- Provide data on time for the standard AFSO dashboard and other MIS requirements
- Ensure KPI are met and maintained as per agreed SLA & Acquire clear understanding of SLA's and ensure you and junior members are thoroughly aware of the cut-off times and deliverables.
- Ensure 4 eye is completed before deliverables are signed off.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Support Hybrid Projects & Support & Implement the New Projects / Migrations as planned by Management for the respective teams.
- Should at least come up with two Kaizen initiatives for the year in reducing cost/process efficiency.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Thorough understanding of all Capital market, Financial Instruments, Investment baking processes and above average accounting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required.
- Report and escalate operational on major incidents including any breach and error occurrences to the management. Understand KPI's/KMP's & follow audit guidelines strictly (Internal and External)
- Ensure that the controls are performed thoroughly any issues promptly addressed and documented.
Key Job Qualification
- Candidates should be willing and flexible to work in any shifts
- Experience in Trade life cycle processing Capture, Confirmation, Settlement.
- Experience Level : 2- 12 years of experience in Trade life cycle processing
