Senior Architects / Revit Modelers (project based)

We're seeking Senior Architects / Revit Modelers to support a fastmoving project for a Middle East client, delivered from our Philippines office. This is a 6month, projectbased engagement with an immediate start.

The opportunity

Lead coordinated Revit documentation and model delivery across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and ontime outputs for an international building portfolio. Work closely with design leaders and external partners to resolve issues and keep delivery moving.

What you will do

• Lead Revitbased production, QA/QC, and architectural documentation maintain model health and standards.
• Coordinate with Structures, MEP, and specialist teams to deliver integrated, clashfree models.
• Drive design progress through reviews, markups, and action tracking.
• Interface with UAE/Middle East client/design managers for clarifications and issue resolution.
• Follow GHD quality processes and BIM execution plans.

What you will bring

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Strong Revit documentation skills (families, templates, model health)
• Proven Middle East/UAE project experience and knowledge of regional standards
• Strong design coordination and leadership capability
• Ability to start immediately and commit for the 6month projectbased engagement

Work arrangement

• Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PHT (to align with client coordination).
• Base location: Makati or Quezon City depending on your location preference.
