Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end penetration testing project management for the Asia segment
  • Plan, schedule, and track the regional penetration testing program
  • Manage stakeholders (e.g., Asia market BUSOs, IT Controls and Governance) and facilitate communication between the penetration testing team and application teams
  • Participate in scoping calls and walkthroughs to define test objectives and scope
  • Address inquiries from application teams regarding schedules, deliverables, and remediation timelines
  • Lead and mentor a team of application security professionals and ensure delivery quality and adherence to standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in application security, penetration testing coordination, or technical project management
  • Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills able to communicate and collaborate effectively with executives, peers, and teams at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise reports with findings, recommendations, roadmaps, and actionable plans
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM, CSPO, Six Sigma) and/or Information Security (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, CEH, GWAPT, GPEN, eWPT) and/or
  • Flexible, adaptive mindset comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing technology environment
