Job Description
We are hiring experienced API Integration Developers to join a growing integration team delivering solutions for enterprise clients. The role focuses on building APIs and integrations from scratch, using MuleSoft or WSO2 as the primary tools. Experience with similar platforms such as Boomi, Apigee, or IBM API Connect is also welcome. Training and certification support will be provided for non-certified candidates.
What You'll Do
Design and build RESTful APIs and system integrations from the ground up
Implement scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions
Work with MuleSoft or WSO2, depending on project assignment
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to meet integration needs
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks
Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing best practices
What We're Looking For
For Developer-Level Roles
Solid hands-on experience in API development and integration
Experience using MuleSoft, WSO2, or equivalent tools such as Boomi, Apigee, or IBM API Connect
Strong knowledge of Java or similar backend programming languages
Proficiency in web services (REST, SOAP) and integration concepts
Experience with version control systems like Git, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
MuleSoft/WSO2 certification is preferred but not required (training support available)
For Senior/Lead-Level Roles (C1/C2)
All of the above plus:
Proven people management experience
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
MuleSoft or WSO2 certification is required at this level
Preferred Skills (All Levels)
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Knowledge of RDBMS/SQL and messaging protocols (e.g., JMS, FTP, SMTP)
Prior experience in consulting or enterprise integration delivery is a plus
