Job Description

Design and develop scalable data pipelines to extract and transform data from various source systems into the data warehouse.
Build data models using dimensional modeling techniques such as Kimball.
Develop visually compelling and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough validation and quality checks.
Design interactive, user-friendly visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
Participate in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban processes.
Create high-level and detailed technical designs for data solutions.
Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, including the use of CI/CD pipelines.
Stay current with industry trends in data engineering and visualization to recommend process improvements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or other related fields.

Relevant Experience And Other Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior analytics engineering or developer role.
At least five (5) years of experience in the architecture, design, and development of integrated systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of dimensional modeling techniques.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
Proven experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
Hands-on experience in developing data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
Proficiency in Power BI; experience with Tableau or other visualization platforms is a plus.
Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred.
Experience with Azure Cloud Services and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps are a plus.
Experience working in teams with five or more members.
Ability to work effectively with senior executives from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
