Position Overview: Manage high-volume HR and payroll cases as the primary contact resolution provider while conducting analysis to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Drive process improvements and provide expert guidance to employees and stakeholders through comprehensive case management and direct communication channels.

Serve as first contact resolution provider for high-volume HR and payroll cases with a focus on timely issue resolution. Conduct detailed analysis of HR and payroll data to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining comprehensive case documentation and tracking systems. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Escalate complex cases to the team lead when resolution requires additional authority or expertise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management or related field required. 3-5 years of experience in payroll and HR analysis or accounting with demonstrated analytical capabilities. Proficiency in SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise system applications. Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Fluency in English required. Willingness to work overtime during peak operational periods. Must be able to start immediately.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced BPO/call center environment, handling case management and inbound/outbound calls highly preferred.
