Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design and implementation of ERP modules and related systems across HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Payroll functions.
- Collaborate with business units to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business process and objectives.
- Configure, test and deploy ERP solutions, including enhancements, custom reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of ERP-related issues
- Monitor ERP system performance and work closely with vendors, IT Teams and consultants to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Support internal controls, compliance audits and business continuity planning related to ERP systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in ERP system implementation, configuration and support.
- 4-6 years of experience with major ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or equivalent systems is highly valued.
- Strong background in at least one or more ERP functional areas (e.g. HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement).
- Experience with cross-system integrations and enterprise data mapping
- Familiarity with testing cycles (SIT, UAT), change management and version upgrades
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional/technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Ability to work in a global team setup
- Willingness to work extended hours or different shifts during system cutover and go-lives
- Understanding of compliance and data privacy standard is a plus.
