Job Description

This position will be involved in managing multiple accounts property portfolio information within JLL's Property Hub application and will be involved in data migration and product deployment. The candidate will address hands-on data analysis work for which they will take full ownership. The Data Governance Analyst will work closely with the necessary stakeholders as needed to ensure assignments are met, good data quality is maintained, and that data is successfully integrated to various applications.

The Data Governance Analyst must be a clear communicator both verbal and written, have good organization and time management skills, demonstrate a willingness to learn, be independent thinkers, adapt to a rapid changing environment, and must possess the highest standards of behavior, collaboration, and work ethics. This role requires working with limited supervision while supporting the team to ensure the clients will receive successful results. The Data Governance Analyst will also be responsible for handling Data Help Desk tickets and address ongoing operational support of implemented systems.

This position will report to the Product Support/Systems Lead. The role will still have the same requirements as the other team members with regards to the company's requirements (return to office, required trainings etc.)

Specifically, this position will:

  • Provide a single point of contact for data governance analyst activities relating to the deployment and maintenance of the account's system instance.
  • Work with the Account, Country Leads, and the internal BAU teams to gather all data needs and ensure that the tasks needed for the account are completed, as well as that the data quality metric standards are met, and requests managed on an on-going basis.
  • Maintain account playbooks that document the system processes and standards.
  • Provide input to existing and new data standards.
  • Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment
  • Perform additional job duties and support special projects as assigned, which will include but not be limited to data remediation issues and data quality checks for the team.
  • Provide clear, up-to-date status on all work items
  • Be responsible for issue resolution of supported systems during daily operations.
  • Be responsible for oversight of data integration, data flows and downstream impact, primarily as they relate to BAU and potential impact to the account.
  • Ensure integrated data is maintained to data quality standards. Follow all procedures and best practices when integrating data between systems and maintain periodic reviews and remediation.
  • Work with data governance peers to adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
  • Participate in product testing for any requested enhancements to ensure a quality solution.
  • Provide training/education for needed product users to properly govern the data for quality and protection.
  • Assist in documentation of business processes and standard operations in support of the BAU data governance and stewardship operations for deployed products.
  • Assist leads in documenting an RCA for any escalation or downtime in the process or with the product.

Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

  • Data Analyst/Data Governance/Data Quality Reviewer background roles preferred.
  • Background in working directly with stakeholders.
  • Clear communicator both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Quick Learner and able to absorb technical processes.
  • Detail and results oriented.
  • Have good organization and time management skills.
  • Someone able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Possess the highest standards of behavior, collaboration, and work ethics.
  • This role requires working with limited supervision while supporting the team to ensure the clients will receive successful results.
