Survey Design and Project Management
. Develops survey instruments, leveraging established materials and custom enhancements
. Performs quality control functions, ensuring minimal/no errors
. Effectively manages projects through all phases, including initial launch
. Collaborates effectively with project team members across functions
Client Servicing
. Monitors and communicates status (quality, timing, budget) of survey research programs to clients and internal stakeholders through all phases
. Provides support to more senior team members on complex programs
. Contributes to best practice development and download of best practices to clients
