Executive Administrative Support

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in administrative support roles
  • At least 3 years supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Proven experience in high-level administrative or executive support roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (onsite + work from home)
  • Flexible to work across APAC, EMEA, and North America shifts
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid, cross-functional environment
