About The RoleWe are glad to announce that we are hiring for a Senior Administrator for our Limay, Bataan site.
The Senior Administrator oversees administrative operations including communicating with employees and stakeholders, arranging accommodations, organizing site events and meetings. Their role also involves engaging with key Stakeholders to promote Employee and Community Relations, resolving issues and optimizing office procedures to enhance productivity and maintain a well-organized work environment.
What you will be doing- Support managers with daily needs
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
- Schedule appointments and update calendar
- Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
- Create spreadsheets and presentations
- Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Arranges accommodations for visitors
- Implement and maintain Site calendar of events
- Organizes sitewide events
- Supports Management Team with relevant needs
- Engages with stakeholders to promote and execute programs for Employee and Community relations
What you will bring- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
