A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence by:
- Provide real-time assistance to Specialist
- Analyzing KPIs
- Resolve customer or vendor queries
- Ensure accurate execution of campaign requirements
- Foster team engagement
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Completing end-of-day reports
- Participating in business reviews
- Assist in logistical and reporting needs
- Deliver constructive feedback,
- Resolve escalations while contributing to overall campaign success.
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Experience working in medium to large-sized businesses; Australian accounting exposure is a plus
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and AR workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience in ERP systems such as SAP is preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
