About the Opportunity
Health Cube Medical Clinics is growing, and we're looking for aSenior Accounting Supervisorwho can take charge of financial operations and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated accounting team, streamline financial processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end accounting cycle and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
- Manage general ledger activities, month-end closes, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Oversee revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, and HMO/corporate accounts.
- Ensure compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, BIR, PFRS, and internal clinic policies.
- Review and prepare VAT, EWT, and other tax filings.
- Support budget planning, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls and maintain audit readiness.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
- Work closely with Operations, management, auditors, suppliers, and clinic partners.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- With CPA license:At least24 yearsof relevant accounting experience
- Without CPA license:At least57 yearsof progressive accounting experience
- Background in healthcare, clinics, or service-based industries is a plus
- Expertise in PFRS, VAT/EWT, and BIR compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
