Job Description
- Support the Regional Controller in managing accounting and payroll teams
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead and develop a team across accounting and payroll functions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones to drive efficiencies
The Successful Applicant
Required (Non-negotiables)
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and payroll
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Experience working with US companies or global stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred (Good-to-haves)
- CPA qualification
- Background in financial management
