Overview:
The Senior Accounting Manager (RTR) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounting and will assist in developing controls, SLAs, and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Stabilization of newly transitioned processes
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Implementation of established controls and KPIs. Will assist in enhancing as required.
- Second level of escalation
- Line manager of team leaders
- Pre-process training
- FTE Calculation Review
- Activities that will be assigned by his immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate with at least 8 years of experience
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant / MBA
- Prior experience in managing an Accounting Operations team
- At least 5-7 years experience in Record to Report (RTR), Financial Reporting/Analysis in a managerial capacity and outsourcing/offshoring/Shared Services setup
- Knowledgeable in accounting software preferably SAP, Quickbooks, NetSuite or Xero.
- Conversant in IFRS and US GAAP
- Willing to work on shifting schedules including graveyard shifts and during PH Holidays
- Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work-in-office resumes
- Can start ASAP
