At least 710 years of progressive accounting experience
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, including treasury and banking coordination.
Hands-on experience with accounting systems and ERP software
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day accounting operationsfor real estate projects, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecastsfor properties and projects, providing timely and reliable reports to support management and investment decisions.
Manage treasury and cash flow functions, including cash positioning, collections, disbursements, banking relationships, and monitoring project funding requirements.
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirementsapplicable to real estate operations, including coordination with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and proceduresto safeguard company assets, improve operational efficiency, and manage financial risks across properties.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team, promoting high performance, professional development, and effective collaboration with property management, leasing, and project teams.
