Senior Accountant

Role Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage and oversee general accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, maintaining accounts, reconciling financial discrepancies, and supporting audits. You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance, address inquiries, and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Paraaque, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Reporting and preparation of financial statements
• Experience with General Accounting practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Skills in Budget Preparation, Cost Analysis, and Financial Planning
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Advanced Excel
• Working knowledge of Taxation and Compliance with relevant regulations
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail skills
• Strong Time Management and Organizational abilities
• Professional certifications, such as CPA, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the air-conditioning, HVAC, or industrial sector is a plus
