We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close processes, and financial reporting. You will oversee general ledger integrity, execute journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, leverage NetSuite ERP to optimize financial workflows, and partner with leadership to drive continuous process improvements.

Your Impact

• Month-End & Year-End Close: Own and execute comprehensive month-end and year-end close activities, preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• General Ledger & Financial Reporting: Maintain general ledger integrity, ensure accurate financial records, assist with financial statement and management reporting package preparation, and investigate balance sheet variances.
• ERP Optimization & Compliance: Utilize NetSuite to optimize reporting and workflows, ensure strict compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies, and support external audits and regulatory filings.
• Cross-Functional & Analytical Support: Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes as needed, while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives.

What You Bring

• Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• The Experience: 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, featuring hands-on expertise with NetSuite ERP and a solid understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting (experience in MSP, SaaS, technology, or professional services environments is an advantage).
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, robust month-end close capabilities, and familiarity with multi-entity accounting or revenue recognition principles.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities; and high attention to detail.
