Levi & Korsinsky LLP, a leading US-based law firm, is establishing its Delivery Center in Cebu to support its growing global operations.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to build and run the accounting backbone of our Cebu Delivery Center. This role goes beyond transaction processing. You will set up end-to-end accounting processes, establish controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies. You will operate with a high level of independence and are expected to bring structure, discipline, and clarity to a growing operation. The role is onsite in Cebu and follows US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end accounting processes from transaction recording to reporting.
• Establish and enforce financial controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness practices.
• Manage accounting operations across multiple entities, locations, and currencies.
• Oversee accurate recording of financial transactions and completeness of supporting documentation.
• Drive month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain structured financial records to support internal and external audits.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in current processes and fix them.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in shared services, professional services, or global environments.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience setting up or improving end-to-end accounting processes.
• Strong experience handling multi-entity, multi-location, and multi-currency transactions.
• Proven ability to maintain audit-ready records and support audits.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with QuickBooks or similar systems.

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive monthly salary (Range: PHP 80k-120k)
• Daily commute allowance (PHP 600 daily)
