Senior Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Taguig. The Senior Accountant will handle responsibilities that include preparing financial statements, managing general ledger entries, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. They will oversee payroll processing, prepare tax filings, contribute to budget development, and partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will assist with audits, identify process improvements, and provide leadership to junior accounting staff as needed.

• Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting, audits, and compliance processes
• Expertise in general ledger functions, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with tax laws, payroll management, and budgeting processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA qualification is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, or related industries is preferred but not required
