We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while partnering with cross-functional teams.

What Is Your Mission

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

• Managing month-end and year-end close activities
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and supporting schedules
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyzing financial results and providing variance explanations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assisting with audit preparation and external audit requirements
• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Reviewing accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Partnering with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Operations teams
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and internal control enhancements
• Performing ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
  
  

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience managing month-end close processes
• Experience preparing financial statements and performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• Pivot Tables
• XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as:
• NetSuite
• Microsoft Dynamics
• Oracle
• SAP
• QuickBooks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  
  

Flexible Requirements

• CPA license
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, inventory, or distribution environments
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting
• Experience working in a shared services, outsourced, or remote support environment
