Job Description:

We are seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience making financial reports and knowledgeable about compliance and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures
• Conduct regular inventory audit
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management
• Perform sales reconciliation and coordinate with stores when necessary
• Perform month-end closing activities such as inventory and revenue accounting, expense accounting, account reconciliation, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 or more years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be willing to work in Paranaque City
