Job Description:
We are seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience making financial reports and knowledgeable about compliance and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Conduct regular inventory audit
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management
- Perform sales reconciliation and coordinate with stores when necessary
- Perform month-end closing activities such as inventory and revenue accounting, expense accounting, account reconciliation, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 or more years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be willing to work in Paranaque City
