ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Accountant, you'll safeguard the financial integrity of our recruitment operations, ensuring precise and timely reporting. Your expertise will drive key financial functions, from supplier payments to sales reporting, facilitating informed business decisions in a dynamic environment. Collaborating closely with the Head of Finance and managing an Accounts Officer, you'll play a pivotal role, contributing to month-end processes, business reports, and improvements in finance operations.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• CA or CPA qualification or actively working towards it

• Over 5 years of experience in financial or management accounting roles

• Expertise in month-end close and management reporting

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience in recruitment, healthcare, or professional services sectors

• Exposure to multi-entity structures and revenue-based businesses

• Familiarity with accounting systems like Xero

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations

• Manage month-end close processes and prepare management reports

• Support tax compliance and statutory financial reporting

Business Reporting

Driving insights for business success.

• Prepare monthly sales reconciliations for reporting

• Analyse financial results and provide insights into key trends

• Collaborate with divisions for business performance reports

Accounts Payable & Supplier Management

Streamlining supplier interactions and processes.

• Oversee accounts payable processes and doctor payments

• Manage supplier relationships and AP process improvements

Management Accounting

Informing financial strategy across entities.

• Prepare and analyse profit & loss statements

• Support budgeting and cash flow management

Continuous Improvement & Support

Championing process enhancements and innovations.

• Implement process improvements

• Assist with year-end processes and external audits
