Position Summary

We are looking for a detailed and personable CPA & Financial Consultant to join the team at a premier dental consulting practice. This role is critical to our clients financial success, focusing on the end-to-end management of practice financials for approximately 25 to 40 dental offices. You will serve as a strategic advisor, meeting with dentists monthly to review their financials and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, friendly professional who possesses the teaching skills necessary to help practice owners understand their numbers and discover new ways to save money.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle for 25 to 40 dental practice accounts.
  • Consultative Meetings: Lead monthly financial meetings with dentists to review practice performance, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
  • Cost-Saving Strategy: Proactively identify and implement cost-saving measures to help practices optimize their bottom line.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all financial data is maintained according to US GAAP standards and produce accurate monthly reports.
  • Educational Support: Use your teach skills to coach clients and their staff on financial best practices and software efficiency.
  • Software Mastery: Maintain meticulous financial records using QuickBooks and ensure all digital tools are utilized to their full potential.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Must be a Registered CPA in your country of residence with a proven track record in accounting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and deep familiarity with US GAAP is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (C2 level). You must be friendly, professional, and comfortable presenting financial data to clients.
  • Teaching Ability: Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial professionals (dentists and office managers).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Startup environment is a super plus. No prior experience in the dental industry is required.
  • Detail-Oriented: A super detail-oriented approach to documentation and a proactive mindset toward finding financial efficiencies.
