Connext is looking for a Senior Accountant Corporate Accounting to support financial reporting and corporate accounting operations for a large US-based company. This role is ideal for someone with strong US GAAP knowledge, Big 4 audit experience, and hands-on expertise in reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and record accounting transactions in accordance with US GAAP
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Calculate, review, and process journal entries and accruals
- Perform variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Analyze financial results against budget and prior periods
- Prepare and review financial reports to support business decision-making
- Research accounting discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reporting accuracy
- Support special accounting projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate accounting experience in a large US-based company
- At least 2 years of Big 4 external audit experience
- Strong knowledge and application of US GAAP
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, or revenue accounting
- Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Stable employment history
Nice to Have
- Experience working directly with US clients or in a BPO/shared services environment
- Exposure to lease, fixed asset, inventory, or revenue accounting
- Experience supporting internal or external audits
- Background in financial reporting for large multinational companies
