Job Responsibilities
- Perform general accounting functions
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial data Prepare/review weekly and month-end accounting reports
- Prepare/review financial statements and report according to schedule
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Provide input into departments goal setting process.
- Complete special projects as necessary
- Must be able to multitask and work on several clients in each given day
- Four-year college degree or higher in Accounting
- Open to CPA and Non-CPA candidates
- 2 to 5+ years experience in a related position
- Experience in public accounting and/or restaurant and retail industries is preferred
- Has solid financial statement skills and a clear understanding of GAAP
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
- Willing to adapt in a non-traditional work shift to overlap with the US side work hours from 5am to 2pm
- Highly independent but a team player
- With strong communication skills and fluency in English verbally and in writing
- Willing to work onsite in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
