Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of accounting experience (3 years must be with a US accounting client), including account and bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar), proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of US GAAP.
